Akbaruddin Owaisi claims: Allu Arjun watched the film despite the stampede and greeted the fans

AIMIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi made serious allegations against 'Pushpa 2' actor Allu Arjun, saying that despite the death of a woman in the stampede, the actor watched the film and waved towards the fans. In the Telangana Assembly he claimed that Allu Arjun said, “Now the film will be a hit,” when he got the news of the death in the stampede.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy also made allegations

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that Allu Arjun attended a screening in a theater on 4 December without police permission. The actor stayed in the cinema hall even after the death of the woman in the stampede, and the police forcibly took him out.

  • Reddy alleged that Allu Arjun greeted the crowd by coming out of the sunroof of his car, which further escalated the scuffle.
  • He criticized the film personalities saying that instead of meeting the injured people, they reached Allu Arjun's house to support him.

Government's strict stance

Revanth Reddy warned that no privilege would be given to such incidents, and action would be taken against those harassing the common people.
