Lucknow, 30 May. National President of Samajwadi Party Akhilesh Yadav made a scathing attack on the BJP government of the state and listed a long list of allegations. Akhilesh raised the issues of law and order, bulldozer action, reservation, PDA class, journalists, advocates, Shikshamitras, Asha-Anganwadi workers and farmers and described the government as anti-people. He said sarcastically, “Those who misled the public by wearing black glasses are going to leave now, they are not going to come back.” The SP chief claimed that the people of the state have made up their mind for change and will answer the BJP in the coming elections.
SP chief Akhilesh Yadav wrote through a poem on the social media platform Those who go abroad in search of plants, those who get their false propaganda done, those who get the lawyers lathicharged….”
He further taunted through the poem and said, “Those who broke the ghat of Manikarnika, showered blessings on the people in power, spread the poison of communalism, carried out severe atrocities on ‘PDA’, used their scissors on reservation, collected donations of straw from teachers, ran the government on false assurances, only ignored everyone’s demands, misled Asha-Anganwadi, reduced the honorarium of Shikshamitras. Those who make false allegations even against saints, who run the rule of fake encounters…” Concluding his poem, the SP chief wrote, “Now we are going to leave, we are not going to come back.” He indicated that the public will decide the change of power in the upcoming elections. This statement of the SP chief has come at a time when political activities are intensifying in the state and various parties are busy sharpening their election strategies.
