Akhilesh Yadav on Bahraich violence: Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav has attacked BJP regarding the violence in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. He alleged that BJP MLAs are filing FIRs against BJP people on the issue of violence. Also, BJP members are being implicated by creating riots. Now even party workers have started saying that BJP is not anyone’s relative.

While sharing a post on X, Akhilesh Yadav wrote, ‘Shame on the politics of BJP and the hunger of power of BJP which conspires to create riots among the brotherhood of the country for the sake of politics. ‘Every day new revelations are being made regarding Bahraich violence, due to which BJP is no longer able to show its face to anyone.’

He further said, ‘It is the BJP MLAs who are filing FIRs against BJP members for conspiracy and the rioters who are speaking the truth in front of hidden cameras. The remaining supporters and voters of BJP are now feeling ashamed after seeing this conspiratorial and violent form of BJP. BJP has used the sentiments of its supporters to retain their power by misleading them. The truth is that BJP is conspiring against its own people. BJP is implicating its own people by creating riots. So BJP MLAs are getting reports written against BJP people.
Even before this, Akhilesh Yadav had alleged that the Bahraich violence was conspired by BJP. He said in a statement that whatever happened in Bahraich was done keeping in mind the upcoming elections in the state.
A person was shot dead during a religious procession in Bahraich. After this the protesters set fire to shops, vehicles and a hospital.
