“BJP is not anyone's kin”…Akhilesh Yadav spoke on Bahraich violence, said – BJP is conspiring against its own people

Lucknow: Akhilesh Yadav has targeted BJP over the Bahraich incident and exposed the riots by the workers. Samajwadi Party (SP) President Akhilesh Yadav, while taunting the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, filed a case against local leaders of his own party on riot and other serious charges, said on Tuesday that the truth is So it means that BJP is conspiring against its own people.

Referring to the case filed by BJP MLA Sureshwar Singh from Mahsi seat of Bahraich on October 18 against BJP youth wing Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha's city president Arpit Srivastava and seven named and many unknown people, the SP chief said on 'X'. Also shared a media report.

Akhilesh Yadav shared the post

He said, “Shame on such BJP politics and hunger for power which conspires to create riots for the sake of politics. Every day new revelations are being made in the case of Bahraich violence, due to which BJP is not able to show its face. It is the BJP MLAs who are filing the complaint of conspiracy against the BJP workers and the rioters are speaking the truth in front of the hidden cameras.”

The former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh said that the few supporters and voters of BJP who are left are also embarrassed to see this conspiratorial and violent form of BJP. He alleged that by misleading the sentiments of its supporters, the BJP has used them to preserve its power.

BJP is hatching a conspiracy

He said, “The truth is that BJP is conspiring against its own people. BJP is trapping the BJP workers by creating riots. That is why the BJP MLA is getting a report written against the BJP members.”

Along with his post, Akhilesh Yadav has also shared a media report in which two alleged rioters are seen hinting towards a conspiracy and making some revelations behind the communal incident that took place in Maharajganj, Bahraich on October 13.

October 13 incident

On October 13, a youth named Ram Gopal Mishra (22) was shot dead in a dispute over playing loud music during the Durga idol immersion procession in Maharajganj. Communal violence broke out after this incident. There were incidents of arson and vandalism.

BJP MLA from Mahsi assembly constituency of Bahraich, Sureshwar Singh, who reached the spot on receiving information about this incident, filed a complaint against seven named miscreants including city president of his party's ally organization BJYM, Arpit Srivastava, and several other unidentified miscreants on October 18. An FIR has been lodged in the city police station on the allegation.

FIR lodged against the accused

According to the FIR, the accused have been booked under sections 191 (2) (offence of simple rioting) 191 (3) (assault with deadly weapon in unlawful assembly), 3 (5) (collective responsibility for the offence) of the Indian Code of Justice (BNS). 109 (1) (assault with intent to murder), 324 (2) (mischief), 351 (iii) (causing hurt to person or causing damage to property), 352 (intentionally insulting someone) and 125 (injury to persons) Endangering life and safety) has been banned.

Slogans raised against Murdabad

The MLA has alleged in the FIR that when he reached the spot after receiving news of a mob protesting by keeping the body of Ram Gopal Mishra, who was killed in the violence on October 13, at the gate in front of Bahraich Medical College, Arpit Srivastava and other accused and His supporters raised slogans of 'Murdabad' and abused him.

It is also alleged that stones were pelted with the intention of stopping his car and killing him and a bullet was also fired from the crowd which broke the glass of his car and his son Akhand Pratap Singh had a narrow escape.
