Lucknow. Political excitement is increasing regarding the by-elections to be held on 9 assembly seats of Uttar Pradesh. Talks are currently going on between Samajwadi Party and Congress regarding seat sharing in the UP by-elections. However, SP has announced the names of its candidates on about seven seats.

In such a situation, Congress can get two seats. Amidst all this, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya has targeted SP President Akhilesh Yadav. Let us tell you that in UP, Karhal (Mainpuri), Sisamau (Kanpur), Milkipur (Ayodhya), Katehari (Ambedkar Nagar), Kundarki (Moradabad), Khair (Aligarh), Ghaziabad, Phulpur (Prayagraj), Majhwa (Mirzapur) and Mirapur ( By-elections are to be held in Muzaffarnagar. Sisamau seat has become vacant due to the conviction of SP MLA Irfan Solanki while 9 MLAs have become Lok Sabha members. However, the date of election for Milkipur seat has not been announced.
