Even if he demands Rs 100 crore, even that amount is less in comparison to the sacrifice of a woman.” According to Akshara, society should understand that a woman needs financial security to live a respectable life.

Jyoti Singh has been living separately from Pawan Singh for a long time and has filed a petition in the court for financial assistance. Her argument is that she has no independent source of income to maintain the social prestige and lifestyle she had while living with Pawan Singh.
