Mumbai : Bollywood's Khiladi Akshay Kumar is in the news these days for his film Sky Force. This film has been released in theaters today (Friday, January 24). Sky Force is getting good response from the audience and critics. Amidst all this the actor has earned crores of rupees. Akshay Kumar has sold his Mumbai apartment at double the price.

Real estate consultant Square Yards said in a statement on Friday that it has seen property registration documents related to this transaction. The apartment sold by Akshay Kumar is located in Sky City. Sky City is developed by Oberoi Realty and is spread over 25 acres. “Akshay Kumar had purchased the apartment in November 2017 for Rs 2.38 crore and recently he sold it for Rs 4.25 crore which represents a 78 per cent increase in the value,” Square Yards said.
How is the apartment?
According to the report, the carpet area of the apartment sold by Akshay Kumar is 1,073 square feet. It also has parking for two cars. Stamp duty of Rs 25.5 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000 have also been paid in this transaction.
