Akshay told how close this show is to his heart and what a special relationship it had with his late mother Aruna Bhatia.

“Mummy never missed a single episode”

Akshay said through tears, “My mother was the biggest fan of the show. No matter where she was or how busy she was, she never missed a single episode of ‘Wheel of Fortune’.” Akshay further told that his mother often used to watch the show sitting with him and he is missing her a lot by coming on this stage today.
