Before the release of ‘Bhoot Bangla’, Akshay Kumar remembered his mother’s words – ‘Son, think big’

Akshay Kumar Bhooth Bangla: Before the release of Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar’s film Bhooth Bangla, he recently shared a very special and heart-touching incident from his life. This story is from the time when he was dreaming of buying his first house on his own. At that time, his thinking was exactly like that of a common man, he wanted to buy a small 2 bedroom flat for himself. But during this time his mother told him something which completely changed his thinking. Akshay recalled that his mother told him, “Son, think big.”

Akshay Kumar’s dream 2 BHK Flat

Akshay Kumar, recalling his early struggling days in the reality show Wheel of Fortune, said that when he first thought of buying a house for himself, his goal was very simple. He only wanted to have a 2 bedroom flat. Akshay says, “When I thought of buying my first house, I thought I would buy a 2-bedroom flat.”

Mother’s lesson, “Son, think big”

It was here that his mother gave a new turn to his thinking. He said to Akshay, “Son, think big.” It was a simple sentence, but there was a deep understanding hidden behind it. Recalling what his mother said, Akshay says, “She said that the first flat is the first house… the first house is to be bought for oneself. God is there for that, He himself will help you get the money paid in some way or the other.”

Actually, Akshay said these things to a participant, when he said that he wants to buy a small house. On this, Akshay encouraged him and said that he should not limit his dreams.

Journey from small thinking to big goal

This lesson from his mother completely changed Akshay’s thinking. While earlier he was thinking of only a 2 BHK flat, now he has prepared himself for a bigger, 5 bedroom house. This was not just a change in the size of the house, but it was a major change in their mindset. He understood that if you believe in yourself and set big goals, then it becomes possible to achieve them.

First home and investment gap

Akshay Kumar shared another important thing through this experience. According to him, the first house is always for yourself, it is the result of your dreams and your hard work. There are emotions involved in this and God also supports you to achieve this. Whereas, when it comes to a second house or investment, it requires more hard work, understanding and planning. This is not just a feeling, but also a responsibility.
