In the latest post shared by Alaya, she tells the audience how to redefine face lines and contours with simple yet effective techniques to life your face and achieve a sculpted look without any surgery.

On Wednesday, Alaya dropped a mid-week skincare motivation for her fans on Instagram with herself in the video. “What if I told you that you could sculpt your face sitting at home without any equipment? Save this video and do these 11 steps 11 times”, read the caption.

Before beginning the steps, Alaya recommends tying your hair back with a hairband to keep it out of the way. She suggests using either face oil or cream, depending on your preference, and warming it up by rubbing it between your hands. It’s important to reapply the product as needed throughout the process, ensuring that your fingers glide easily over your skin for a smooth, effective massage.

  1. Start by simply tapping on your skin to awaken the cells from within,
  2. Softly massage under the arms to stimulate circulation.
  3. Move back to the chest area and repeat the massage.
  4. Focus on your collarbones and massage them gently.
  5. Moving upwards on the neck area, massage in an upward stroke to create a lifting effect on the face area.
  6. Use two fingers to make circular motions around your ears.
  7. Move towards the cheeks and glide your fingers upwards along your cheeks.
  8. Now, move your fingers from nose to ears lightly massaging.
  9. Gently massage your eyelids, working your way towards the eyebrows.
  10. Massage your forehead with your fingers to release tension.
  11. End on a sweet note by moving your fingers from the top of your head, down to the chest area.
