Children had to face bullies in school

In a recent interview, Ali Asgar told that his children were bullied in school because he used to play the character of a woman on TV. He said, ‘In the film Deewaar, younger Amitabh Bachchan had written in his hand that my father is a thief. It is not written in my son’s hand that my father is a woman. This painful statement of Ali Asghar clearly shows how painful it was for him as a father. The children had to face such things, which shook them to the core.

Identity of female character becomes a burden

Ali Asgar achieved a lot of success by playing characters like grandmother and grandmother in Kapil Sharma’s show. But this identity gradually became a burden for him. He told that he was given the same type of characters again and again, due to which he started feeling limited. According to him, the audience may find it strange why he left the show despite so much success, but his situation at that time was completely different.

I will not eat pulses and rice every day. I also want puri bhaji today.
