Pushpa Producer, Ravi Shankar confirms Allu Arjun’s zero Involvement In Jani Master Case. The producer spoke to the press at the recently happened Mathu Vadhalara 2 success conference. He defended Allu Arjun and challenged people who were unnecessarily trying to tie the actor’s name to the matter.
Allu Arjun’s Zero Involvement in the Case
“Hero (Allu Arjun) isn’t bothered about who’s on set other than wishing them good morning and following the steps he’s given. He has unnecessarily been dragged into it. For his stature, why would he stop someone from working or promoting someone else? We are all only professionally aligned to both of them,” he said to the press.
The producer also spoke about the ongoing case. he responded to support the victim received in the Jani master sexual harassment case by Allu Arjun. “She was hired long back as an additional choreographer for our film and will remain throughout the filmmaking process. Jani Master was supposed to choreograph a special number for Pushpa 2 but this happened two days before we planned it.” the producer continued.
For those who don’t know, Jani Master choreographed the popular song Srivalli from Pushpa: The Rise, starring Rashmika Mandanna and Allu Arjun. Earlier this month a 21-year-old woman accused him of sexually abusing her. She disclosed in her lawsuit that at the time of his sexual abuse, she was a junior choreographer on his team. She said that during six years of outdoor photo shoots, he mistreated her. The accused said in the lawsuit that it occurred in 2019. But she was unable to speak out as the choreographer threatened to fire her from the industry. Jani was taken into custody by the Cyberabad Police of Goa after the complaint.
On the work front, Allu Arjun is currently working on his upcoming film Pushpa 2: The Rule. The movie will hit the theaters on december 6th 2024.
