1/2 cup almonds

2 1/2 cups oats

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 tablespoon agave nectar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup flax seeds

2 tbsp almond butter

1 tablespoon coconut oil

3 pieces banana

Step 1 Preheat the oven

To make these delicious bars, preheat the oven to 140 degrees. Take a small brownie tin and grease it with coconut oil.

Step 2 Melt coconut oil with almond butter and add mashed banana.

Now use a fork to mash the bananas until they become smooth. Keep aside. Melt coconut oil, coconut nectar and almond butter in a pan over low heat. Remove from heat and add mashed bananas and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Step 3 Add flax seeds, almonds and oats to the mixture

Now add flax seeds, oats and salt to the prepared banana mixture. Mix well until the mixture becomes sticky. Add chopped almonds.

Step 4 Pour the mixture into the baking tin

Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin and press into shape. Add the remaining almond pieces on top and press again.

Step 5 Bake the Mixture

Finally, bake this mixture for about 20 minutes until it turns golden brown. Let it cool and your almond-banana bars are ready.
