Amazon Great Freedom Sale 2026: Huge sale starting from August 7, huge discounts on smartphones, laptops and TVs

New Delhi: E-commerce giant Amazon India has officially announced the dates of its annual 'Great Freedom Sale 2026'. This sale, to be organized on the occasion of Independence Day, is going to start from 7th August. As always, Prime members are expected to get early access to the sale before general customers. During this sale, huge discounts and attractive deals will be offered on various categories including smartphones, laptops, smart TVs, home appliances and consumer electronics.

10% instant discount on HDFC Bank cards

The company has confirmed that during the sale, customers will get 10% instant discount on purchases made through HDFC Bank credit cards and EasyEMI transactions. Additionally, financial facilities like no-cost EMI and 'exchange offers' on replacement of old goods will also be made available.

Special discounts teased on smartphones and laptops

Amazon has reduced the prices of many big premium and midrange smartphones on its sale page. Among these, Vivo X300 FE 5G will be sold for Rs 86,999. Apart from this, the rate has been fixed at Rs 58,999 for Vivo V70 Elite 5G and Rs 53,999 for Vivo V70 5G.

There are many good deals for laptop buyers too

• The price of Asus TUF A15 gaming laptop has been reduced from Rs 84,990 to Rs 74,990.
• Asus Zenbook 14 (2026) will be priced at Rs 1,36,990 instead of Rs 1,53,990.

Smart TV and other electronics categories

Big discounts have also been announced across smart TVs and other electronics categories. Amazon has not yet revealed the exact prices of all the models, but smart TVs are being teased as a special discount category. Apart from this, good discounts will also be available on computer accessories, Amazon devices, home and kitchen appliances, fashion, beauty, furniture, books and gaming products. Amazon says that even bigger deals will be revealed in the coming days. Those who want to buy smartphones, laptops or home appliances can keep an eye on this sale starting from August 7.
