Ameesha Patel News: The long running legal dispute between Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel and Moradabad event organizer Pawan Kumar has now ended. According to TV9, after a mutual agreement was reached between the two parties, the complainant has decided to withdraw all the cases filed against the actress. This controversy was related to allegations of not attending the event despite taking advance payment for performance at a wedding ceremony.

After the matter came to light, Pawan Kumar had approached the court. During the hearing, non-bailable warrants were also issued against Ameesha Patel. Later the actress reached Moradabad and obtained anticipatory bail. After this, a settlement was reached between the two parties, but due to the bounce of the check given under the agreement, the dispute once again reached the court. Ultimately, after the mediation of some common acquaintances of Delhi and people associated with the film industry, both the parties agreed to the final agreement.

Ameesha Patel paid the entire outstanding amount

Under the agreement, Ameesha Patel has returned the entire outstanding amount of Pawan Kumar. After receiving the payment, the complainant has filed an application in the court to withdraw the case. Currently, the actress is in New York and after returning to India, she will issue an official press release on this entire matter.

Complainant Pawan Kumar said that this entire controversy was very challenging for him both mentally and professionally. According to him, it takes years to build the reputation of any businessman, but a controversy can damage his image within a few moments. He told that due to this matter his business, reputation and career were seriously affected and many people also stopped trusting him. However, he said that he had full faith in his truth, hence his old clients and his advocate continuously supported him throughout the case.
