America : America sent back Indian citizens living illegally in the country to their country with the help of the Indian government through a special hired plane. According to reports, Acting Homeland Security Deputy Secretary Christy A. “Indian citizens who do not have a legal basis to stay in the US can be immediately deported,” Canegalo said. “And willing migrants should not fall prey to the lies of smugglers who claim otherwise.”

The statement said the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will continue to enforce US immigration laws and provide tough consequences for those entering illegally and encourage the use of legal routes.
Encounters at ports of entry at the U.S. southwest border have declined by 55 percent since June 2024, when the Presidential Proclamation on Border Security and related interim final rules took effect.
DHS deported more than 160,000 individuals in FY 2024 and conducted more than 495 international extradition flights to more than 145 countries, including India. DHS has evacuated people from many countries around the world in the past year, including Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Egypt, Mauritania, Senegal, Uzbekistan, China and India.
