America, Georgia shooting : A heartbreaking incident has come to light in America’s Georgia state. Four people, including an Indian national, were killed in a shooting incident in the state of Georgia. According to reports, this incident is allegedly related to a family dispute. The Indian Consulate, Atlanta has confirmed the incident and expressed condolences.

According to local media reports, the shooting took place early Friday inside a residential home in the Brook Ivy Court area of ​​Lawrenceville City. The police received information at around 2:30 in the morning (local time). Upon arriving at the scene, officers found the bodies of four adults inside the home who had died at the scene from gunshot wounds.

According to the police, the accused has been identified as Vijay Kumar, 51, a resident of Atlanta. The deceased include his wife Meemu Dogra (43), Gaurav Kumar (33), Nidhi Chander (37) and Harish Chander (38).

Investigating agencies said that three children were present in the house at the time of the incident. As soon as the firing started, the children saved their lives by hiding in the cupboard to save themselves. One of the children called 911 and informed the police, allowing officers to arrive on the scene within minutes. All three children are safe and have been handed over to a family member.
