After this, Steve’s eyes went to the pens left with the woman. He estimated that the total cost of all the pens would be around Rs 900. When he checked his pocket and wallet, he had only Rs 550 left. In such a situation, without thinking much, he gave the entire amount to the woman.
The special thing was that despite giving money, he did not keep all the pens with him, but took only two pens, wished the woman all the best and went away from there. The entire time the elderly woman kept smiling and talking to him in Hindi. Steve later said he would get the woman’s words translated so he could understand what she was saying.
