Washington, March 28. Amidst the ongoing tension in the Middle East, the US Army has taken a big action and sent a big ship named USS Tripoli to the Middle East region. This ship is an America-class amphibious assault ship. It has approximately 3,500 sailors and marines.
The USS Tripoli also has aircraft, helicopters and sea attack equipment. The ship is the lead ship of the Tripoli Amphibious Ready Group and the 39th Marine Expeditionary Unit. It is understood that this deployment has been done to increase America’s strength amid the ongoing war with Iran.

It has F-35B fighter jets, MV-22 Osprey helicopters and landing craft. They are capable of working fast. US President Trump has given Iran a deadline to open the Strait of Hormuz, but military pressure is also being maintained. The war is now in its fourth week and attacks on both sides continue.
