Abhishek Bachchan has bought 10 apartments worth Rs 24.95 crore in Mumbai’s Mulund area with his dad Amitabh Bachchan

Abhishek Bachchan has bought apartments in Mumbai worth an astounding Rs 24.95 crore amid the former’s divorce rumours with wife Aishwarya Rai. According to CNBC TV18,  Abhishek Bachchan has purchased properties in Mulund West, Mumbai, for a total of Rs 24.95 crore. These 10 properties are co-invested in by his father, Amitabh Bachchan.

According to the report, which cites registration paperwork that Square Yards, a real estate website, was able to get, their apartments in Eternia, Oberoi Realty’s upscale residential development. The carpet areas of eight of these ten units are 1,049 square feet (sq. ft.). The remaining two units are 912 square feet in size. There are two parking spots for each transaction.

The Bachchans allegedly paid Rs 1.5 crore in stamp duty for these ten properties. His 82-year-old father purchased four properties for over Rs 10.18 crore, while Abhishek spent around Rs 14.77 crore on six. According to the report, the Bachchan household has invested Rs 100 crore in real estate this year after purchasing 10 apartments.

The Bachchan family’s real estate holdings are really significant, according to the aforementioned real estate website. With a total investment of Rs 219 crore in the city’s real estate, they have purchased roughly 0.19 million square feet of property in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

This report came amid Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai’s separation rumours. The duo recently skipped a family gathering, which fueled internet rumours about their divorce. However, the sources claimed that Abhishek was in Bhopal to see his sick maternal grandma, Indira Bhaduri.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Abhishek Bachchan is preparing for the release of ‘I Want To Talk,’ his eagerly anticipated film, directed by Shoojit Sircar. He will also appear in Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull 5which is directed by Tarun Mansukhani. The film will hit the big screens on June 06, 2025. In addition to Housefull 5,  will appear in Kingthe eagerly anticipated film starring Shah Rukh Khan. In addition, Munjya actor Abhay Verma and SRK’s daughter Suhana Khan will play important parts in the action movie.
