Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu released a new video on social media on Monday. This video surfaced at a time when a big controversy had arisen on the internet regarding one of his earlier posted clips. Netanyahu’s new video
In the video, he is also seen talking to people, in an attempt to convey the message that he is completely safe and is actively working. In fact, a day ago a video was shared from Netanyahu’s social media platform This video was posted in response to rumors claiming that he had died in the Iranian attack. In that clip, Netanyahu was seen sitting in a coffee shop. In the video, he lightly sneered at the news of his death and said, “I am dying for coffee.”

However, after this video surfaced, many social media users started questioning its authenticity. The controversy deepened when AI chatbot Grok pointed out some technical glitches in the video that are commonly seen in deepfake videos. For example, the level of coffee in Netanyahu’s cup appeared to be almost the same throughout the video. Apart from this, his lip movements were also not matching completely naturally with the audio. These things further increased the suspicion regarding the video.
User asked question
When a user asked Grok about the authenticity of this clip, he replied that it could possibly be a deepfake created by artificial intelligence. The chatbot also said that it may have been posted as satire or humor, but the clues present in the video raise questions about its authenticity.
After this entire controversy, Prime Minister Netanyahu recorded and released a new video on Monday. It is believed that through this he tried to show that he is safe and remains active in public life.
