Amidst the severe cold in UP, Chief Minister Yogi could not write in the name of the people, made this big appeal to the people.
Lucknow, 23 December. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has appealed to the people of the state for humanitarian cooperation amid the severe cold and cold wave. CM Yogi told the people of the state that as citizens, they should help the sanitation workers and watchmen in taking measures to protect themselves from the cold wave.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath wrote in ‘Yogi Ki Paati’ shared on social media platform The family members are also getting shelter here. Every person’s life is priceless.”
He wrote, “Woolen clothes and blankets are being distributed to the needy through urban bodies and tehsils. Bonfires have been arranged at public places. Not a single destitute person will remain helpless in the biting cold. Special blankets and bonfires are being arranged in cow sheds. Apart from this, additional security personnel have been deployed on the routes for safe travel in fog. Awareness campaigns are also being conducted.”
Requesting the people of the state, Chief Minister Yogi wrote in the ‘X’ post, “As a citizen, you can also become a partner in this effort. Look around you. Ask the house helpers, sanitation workers, watchmen or other people whether they have adequate arrangements for protection from the cold wave. Ask them for a cup of tea. Take the helpless people to the night shelters run by the government.”
CM Yogi said that human values and sensitivity are tested only in such times. Charity is our tradition. With the determination of Antyodaya to Sarvodaya, we are moving at a fast pace towards the goal of developed Uttar Pradesh.
