When ‘The Raja Saab’ offer turned out to be a scam

At a promotional event held in Hyderabad before the release of the film, Riddhi Kumar revealed that when he got the offer of ‘The Raja Saab’, he felt like a scam. Riddhi told that the film’s producer SKN had called her and said that he wanted to cast her as a heroine opposite Prabhas. Riddhi could not believe this.

He said jokingly, “I thought it was a scam, so I told them that my father is Amitabh Bachchan.” At that time Riddhi was not at all confident that he was really getting the offer for Prabhas’s film.

Luck changed due to manager’s advice

Riddhi further said that later his manager advised him to call again. After this he met the film’s director Maruthi, who told him the entire story. Riddhi gave auditions, did photoshoots and also learned Telugu language for the film. The special thing is that he himself has dubbed in Telugu for the film.

Food and fun on Prabhas’ sets

Riddhi Kumar also shared the experience of working with Prabhas. He said, “If you are doing a film with Prabhas, then definitely take a yoga mat to the set, because weight gain is inevitable.” According to Riddhi, Prabhas sends different types of food for everyone on the set. The quantity of food is so much that everyone is astonished. Malavika Mohanan and Riddhi both sent Prabhas chicken biryani Said to be his favourite. He also said that Prabhas makes his co-stars feel like family.

The film is made in the budget of 400-450 crores

Talking about the budget of the film, ‘The Raja Saab’ is one of the biggest films of this year 2026. According to reports, its budget is around Rs 400 to 450 crores. The film’s producer TG Vishwaprasad has already claimed that the film can earn more than Rs 100 crore worldwide on the first day.
