Amrit Hospital is operating even after seal, CMO says, action will be taken if operation is done without orders

A case of alleged operation of Amrit Hospital located on Basti-Munderwa road under Munderwa police station area of the district has come to light even after it was sealed. It is alleged that after the huge uproar in the district following the death of a woman about two months ago, the administration took action against the hospital and sealed it. In this case, a case was also registered against one named under serious sections and other unknown people in Munderwa police station.

Despite this, it is coming to light that the hospital is resuming operations without any competent order. Local people allege that even after the seal, patients are being admitted and treated in the hospital. In this matter, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Rajiv Nigam said that no order has been issued by the department for running the hospital.

He said that if a sealed hospital is being operated then the matter will be investigated and action will be taken against the concerned. But they are worried as no action has been taken till now and now the question arises that on whose orders the Seal Hospital is being operated and how it remained safe from the eyes of the Health Department.
