An attempt was made to sell a girl from Bulandshahr to Rajasthan, this is how her life was saved after 4 months!
Bulandshahr: A case has come to light from Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh which can give goosebumps to anyone. This incident is a living example of how difficult it can be for a minor girl to leave home just because of a minor scolding from her parents. This girl, who went missing four months ago, not only reached another state, but there she fell into the hands of a woman who was trying to make a deal with her.
Scolding by family members and trip to Rajasthan
The matter is of Dibai Nagar of Bulandshahr. About four months ago, this girl had a dispute with her family over some issue. When her parents scolded her a little, she became so angry that she left the house without telling anyone. She boarded the train and directly reached Sikar district of Rajasthan. Little did he know that in an unknown city, far away from home, there was a quagmire worse than death standing in front of him in the name of help.
Woman hatched a horrifying conspiracy to sell
After reaching Sikar, the girl got trapped in the clutches of a suspicious woman. Taking advantage of the helplessness of the girl, this woman had made full preparations to sell her. The girl herself, while narrating her ordeal, revealed that the woman had traded her and a conspiracy was being hatched to forcibly marry her to a middle-aged man. Luckily she managed to escape from that clutches in time.
Activism of police and child welfare committee
Somehow the girl escaped from the clutches of that woman and reached Jaipur railway station. When the police patrolling there became suspicious of him, they started questioning him. Keeping security in mind, the police sent her to a girls’ home in Jaipur. She remained there for about four months. During this time, the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) of Jaipur counseled her, after which the girl revealed her address as Dibai, Bulandshahr.
Return to mother’s lap after four months
As soon as Bulandshahr CWC received this information, Chairman Dr. Anshu Bansal immediately contacted Dibai Kotwali. Investigation revealed that the girl was missing, but due to fear and social stigma, the family did not lodge a police report. After a lot of hard work the family was finally found. On Monday, the team from Jaipur took the girl to Bulandshahr and handed her over to her mother. The CWC President has appealed that parents should be gentle in their dealings with their children so that such a situation does not happen.
