Anant Singh’s big blast on Nitish’s resignation: Told who will become the next CM, said such a big thing about Tejashwi
There is a tremendous stir in the politics of Bihar these days. Amidst the discussions about Chief Minister Nitish Kumar going to Rajya Sabha, Mokama’s strong leader and JDU MLA Anant Singh has raised the political temperature by giving a big statement. In a special conversation with ABP News, he clearly said that the entire Bihar is saddened by this decision of Nitish Kumar, whether it is the ruling party or the opposition. However, Anant Singh believes that if Nitish goes to Delhi, it will further accelerate the pace of development of Bihar.
‘I had already understood Nitish Kumar’s mind’
Anant Singh revealed that he had met the Chief Minister just a day before Nitish Kumar resigned from the Legislative Council membership. Singh said, “I understood at that very moment that he would not change his mind about going to Delhi. The whole of Bihar wanted him to remain the Chief Minister for the full five years because he had got a huge public vote, but now he has decided to go to the Rajya Sabha.”
What will happen after Kharmas?
When Anant Singh was asked whether Nitish Kumar would leave his chair after Kharmas i.e. 14th April, he replied boldly. He said, “Yes, he will leave the chair. He is the boss and whatever he wants will happen.” This statement of Anant Singh clearly indicates that the command of Bihar may soon be in the hands of a new face.
Nishant Kumar or Samrat Chaudhary? Anant Singh’s choice
Anant Singh has kept his opinion clear regarding the next Chief Minister. He said that Nitish Kumar’s son Nishant Kumar is very capable and the public has brought him into politics. Anant Singh wants that if someone from JDU becomes the Chief Minister, it should be Nishant Kumar. While giving an option, he said that if the Chief Minister is chosen from BJP’s quota, then Samrat Chaudhary would be the best choice. He stressed that no one has been born yet who can do the work that Nitish Kumar has done for Bihar.
Retirement from politics and attack on Tejashwi
Anant Singh also made it clear that he himself will not contest the next assembly elections, rather one of his sons will contest. His younger son Abhinav said on this that he is currently studying and time will decide his future. While targeting Tejashwi Yadav, Anant Singh said that RJD is now over and Tejashwi Yadav will have to contest elections on the ticket of some other party next time. He claimed that a new government will be formed immediately after Nitish’s resignation.
