Anil Ambani’s son Jai Anmol Ambani got a shock from the High Court, did not get relief on the petition

Delhi High Court: High Court refuses to stay the show cause notice related to RHFL’s bank account. Delhi High Court has refused to stay the notice case of Union Bank of India related to declaration of fraud in the bank account of Reliance Home Finance Limited (RHFL) against Jai Anmol Ambani, son of businessman Anil Ambani.

Present your case within 10 days

Court Justice Jasmeet Singh directed the petitioner and RHFL Director Jai Anmol Ambani to present their case before the bank within 10 days. It has also been said that the effect of any decision taken by the bank will be subject to the court order in this matter.

Notice issued in 2025 beyond understanding

Justice Jasmeet Singh said, the notice issued in December 2025 is beyond comprehension. He argued that the resolution plan for RHFL had already been approved by all the lender banks as well as the Supreme Court.

No justification for issuing notice

The court said, the resolution plan of RHFL was approved by the Supreme Court and the lenders. The judge asked, what is the justification for issuing the notice after the resolution plan is approved. The court asked the lawyer of Union Bank, whether any flaw has been pointed out in the resolution plan.
