Anker Unveils 5-in-1 Nano Travel Adapter in China

Udaipur, February 16: Anker has introduced its latest international travel accessory, the Anker Nano Travel Adapter (model A9215), in the Chinese market. This compact 5-in-1 adapter is priced at 189 yuan (approximately $27) and is already available in other global markets for around $25.99.

The Anker Nano Travel Adapter features one AC outlet, two USB-C ports, and two USB-A ports, allowing users to charge up to five devices simultaneously. The primary USB-C1 port supports a maximum power output of 20W, enabling fast charging for smartphones and smaller electronics. The secondary USB-C2 port delivers up to 15W, while each USB-A port supports up to 12W. When multiple USB ports are in use, the total output is capped at 15W, with smart power distribution across the ports.

Designed for portability, the adapter measures 86 x 50 x 25 mm and weighs approximately 110 grams, making it 43% smaller than traditional models, ideal for travel. It supports plug types used in over 200 countries and regions, including Type A (USA), Type G (UK), Type C (EU), and Type I (Australia), with a worldwide voltage support range of 100-240V, although it does not convert voltage.

Anker has incorporated a Push-Lock sliding mechanism for secure plug deployment and retraction. The European plug features a flip-out latch, while the U.S., U.K., and Australian plugs slide out using dedicated switches. This mechanism has reportedly passed over 10,000 durability tests.

For safety, the adapter includes a self-resetting fuse, short-circuit protection, overcurrent and overvoltage protection, and temperature control. The outer shell is made from UL94V-0 flame-retardant materials, and it includes safety shutters to prevent accidental contact with internal components. The Nano Travel Adapter is available in Anker Black and Aurora White color options and comes with an 18-month warranty.
