Anu Kapoor admitted her mistake

In her latest interview, Anu Kapoor admitted that her intentions were not wrong, but the kind of words she chose were not right. He said that he realizes that his words may have hurt people. He said, “If the same thing had been said in English, perhaps there would not have been so much controversy. But when we say something in Hindi, its effect is different. In our language, abusive words hurt more, whereas people do not feel as bad if we say the same thing in English.”

Clarifying her statement, Anu Kapoor further said, “If I had said ‘Milky Body’ instead of ‘Dudhiya Badan’, perhaps such a big problem would not have arisen. People’s reaction would have been different. This is the difference in the use of language.” He also said that Tamannaah Bhatia’s age would be around 20-30 years, which is equal to the age of her children. He did not intend to make derogatory remarks in any way, but because of the words the meaning of the matter changed.

When he was asked whether he would apologize to Tamannaah Bhatia for this statement, Anu Kapoor without hesitation said that he had no problem in accepting his mistake. He said, “If ever the need arises, I am completely ready to apologize. If Tamannaah asks me if I had said these words, I will clearly say yes, I did. And if she is hurt by my words, I can even apologize by touching her feet.”
