Another challan approved on the road. There will be a fine of Rs 10 thousand in one stroke. Now the entire license will have to be corrected by the court.
Nowadays the use of vehicles has increased rapidly. Every day we see people taking their cars to office or going out for a walk. Driving has its own rules and regulations which every person must follow. The traffic police is always ready at the intersections to enforce these rules.
So the point is that when you drive, it is common to listen to songs during long journeys. But do you know that listening to loud songs while driving can be considered a legal violation? Yes, it is true. You cannot remain shocked after hearing this, but this rule is applicable under the Motor Vehicle Act.
According to Rule 39/192 of the Motor Vehicle Act, if you use a pressure horn, a fine of up to Rs 10,000 can be deducted. At the same time, blowing the horn in a silence zone can also prove costly, leading to a challan of Rs 2,000. Additionally, mobile phones cannot be used in the car, except for navigation.
Now the question is that if your challan is deducted then within how many days will you have to deposit the challan amount. The answer is 90 days. If you do not pay the challan within 90 days, your vehicle may be blacklisted and the matter may go to court. Your problems may increase if the matter reaches court.
