What is an anti-inflammatory diet?

An anti-inflammatory diet is a way of eating food that is emphasised to reduce body weight by reducing the inflammation in the body, which may play a role in chronic conditions such as heart disease, arthritis, and autoimmune disorders. The diet includes unprocessed foods, rich in antioxidants and nutrients.

One must add to the diet fruits and vegetables like berries, leafy vegetables,  and tomatoes. Lean proteins also are a good source of nutrients like fish, and plant-based proteins. You must also add in a diet of whole wheat, brown rice, turmeric, ginger, garlic, olive oil, avocados and cinnamon among many foods.

Benefits of an anti-inflammatory diet
