Antoine Semenyo set to decide future as Manchester clubs push for January move

AFC Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo is set to make a key decision on his future soon, with Manchester United and Manchester City both pushing to sign the Ghana international, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

Semenyo has emerged as one of the Premier League’s standout attackers this season, impressing with his pace, physicality, and goal contribution for Bournemouth. His performances have not gone unnoticed, with two of England’s biggest clubs now actively monitoring his situation ahead of the January transfer window.

Manchester United are understood to be keen on strengthening their attacking options and see Semenyo as a player who could add directness and versatility to their frontline. Meanwhile, Manchester City are also pushing, viewing the 24-year-old as a potential addition who fits their high-intensity, pressing-based system.

Liverpool have also shown interest in the winger, having made contact in November. However, Romano reports that there has been no follow-up since then. Despite that, the Reds could still become active in the ongoing transfer window if they decide to pursue attacking reinforcements.
