On November 14, apprentice camera assistant Ajit Kumar died due to accidental electrocution on the sets of 'Anupama' in Film City. He had accidentally picked up the light rod and camera together and was not even wearing slippers for safety. The DOP (Director of Photography) present on the set called it 'human error'. After the incident, Ajit was taken to the hospital and given immediate treatment, but unfortunately we could not save him.
