On December 20, Alisha Parveen took to her official Instagram account to share the heartbreaking news with her followers. She announces that she has no idea why she has been replaced. Expressing her shock and disappointment, Alisha explained that she had a meeting earlier and was told about this decision. ” Today was my last day on the set of Anupamaa. It was a fantastic opportunity and everybody loved my chemistry with Shivam Khajuria. But I have no clue why I was suddenly replaced,” said Alisha Parveen.
The statement about the fans growing to like Rahi and Prem’s love story stands true. Although fans were apprehensive at first, as their story progressed in the right direction, they began expressing their interest in their onscreen pairing on social media.
