Chutney has a very special and important place in Indian food. Chutney not only enhances the taste of food, but can also make simple food delicious. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, chutney is served with a variety of dishes. For this reason, chutney is prepared using different tastes and ingredients in almost every house. Generally, when people hear the name of chutney, they start thinking of green coriander and mint chutney, but apart from that, there are many other things from which very tasty and nutritious chutneys can be made.
Chutney is full of nutrients

Tomato Chutney:

How to store homemade chutney and for how many days?
Airtight Container: Homemade chutney should always be stored in a clean, dry and airtight glass or food-grade plastic container in the refrigerator.
Usage period: Since there are no preservatives (chemicals) used in these chutneys, it is generally advisable to consume them within 2 to 3 days.
Cleanliness required: Always use a clean and dry spoon to take out the sauce, so that moisture or bacteria do not enter it. If the color, taste or aroma of the chutney changes, do not use it at all.

Always use only fresh and good quality ingredients to make chutney. Use fruits, vegetables and green spices only after washing them properly.
