As India is breaking all previous records in terms of local mobile manufacturing, tech giant Apple is poised to surpass the FY24 figures of exports from India, which is the highest this fiscal year.
(FY25) 50,000 crore (over $6 billion) in the first six months of 2017, the latest industry data shows. iPhone exports from India to cross $10 billion in 2023-24 from $6.27 billion in 2022-23. Overall, the iPhone maker's India operations reached $23.5 billion in the last financial year (FY24). Apple assembled $14 billion worth of iPhones in India last fiscal year, exporting devices worth more than $10 billion.
