ARC Finance rights issue, share price, financials details

New Delhi: ARC Finance, a non-deposit taking Non-Banking Finance Company, has announced to raise Rs 48.47 crore through its rights issue at Rs 1.20 per equity share. The rights issue price of Rs 1.20 per share is 1.20X the face value of ARC Finance’s equity shares with Rs 0.20 being the premium share. Aggregated proceeds of up to 48.47 crore expected.

In a letter to the stock exchanges, ARC Finance in its letter stated, “Accordingly, we are enclosing the copy of the Letter of Offer for the proposed Right issue of our Company, which was approved and adopted by the Board by means of Resolution by Circulation on 10th October, 2024.”

The total revenue for Q2 2024-25 stood at Rs 12.37 crore.

The share price of ARC Finance as of October 23 closing was Rs 2.06. The latest PE ratio and PB ratio of ARC Finance Ltd is 28.86 and 0.58 respectively. The 52-week high of ARC Finance Ltd share price is Rs 2.32 while the stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 0.51. The market capitalisation of the company stood at Rs 104.02 crore.

The company came into existence in March 1982 with the Registrar of Companies as ARC Modellors & Services Limited. Later, in February 1993, it was renamed ARC Finance Ltd. The company is engaged in the business of trading in shares, financial services investment activities and advancing loans.

ARC Finance is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, Calcutta Stock Exchange and the UP Stock Exchange. However, it is not listed on the National Stock Exchange. The company is in competition with biggies including, Sundaram Finance Ltd., Poonawalla Fincorp, Muthoot Finance, Shriram Transport Finance, IRFC, Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Holdings,, and L&T Finance.
