How to do Ardhachakrasana
- Stand straight and keep a shoulder-width distance between your feet.
- Place both your hands behind the waist (above the hips).
- Taking a deep breath, slowly tilt the head and neck backwards.
- Now bend the upper part of the body backwards from the waist.
- In this position, breathe normally for 10 to 30 seconds and then slowly come back to normal position. Repeating this 3 to 5 times is enough.
