  1. 20-20-20 Follow the rules:
  • Every 20 minutes, look at an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
  • This will help relax your eyes and reduce tension in the eye muscles.
  1. Cool the eyes:
  • Several times a day, apply a cold compress to your eyes.
  • You can use a cloth soaked in cold water or cold potato slices.
  • This will help in reducing swelling and irritation of the eyes.

  • Leave it in water overnight, and then filter and drink the next morning.
