According to the information, Rakesh Chandra Swamy’s health had suddenly deteriorated. After this he was immediately admitted to the hospital. His condition was critical and he was undergoing treatment in the ICU. Despite all efforts the doctors could not save him.

When will the funeral take place?

It has been told by the family that the last rites of Rakesh Chandra Swami will be performed today, January 1, 2026. His funeral will take place at 3:30 pm at Oshiwara Hindu cremation ground in Mumbai. According to media reports, Arjun Bijlani was in Dubai on New Year vacation with his wife Neha and son. As soon as they got information about Neha’s father’s health deteriorating, both of them immediately canceled their vacation and returned to India. Unfortunately, Rakesh Swami lost the battle of life.

Neha Swami last shared an emotional post for her father on Father’s Day. In the post he had shared pictures of his son with his father. Neha had written that her father gave love, protection and right guidance to the entire family. She also said that she wants Arjun to learn qualities like patience and strength from his father.
