An example of good governance and transparency has emerged in the state, which has not only given a new direction to the state but it must be said that it has attracted the attention of the entire country.

For the first time in Madhya Pradesh, government appointments in the state have been done in a completely online transparent manner and the meeting hall of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly has become the center of this historic initiative. From here, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav started a new tradition by distributing appointment letters to the newly selected Anganwadi workers and assistants.

During the program, the Chief Minister said that giving appointment letters from the highest democratic platform, Legislative Assembly, to the sisters working at the village level, the lowest level of administration, is a unique and inspiring moment. He called it a history making opportunity. The Chief Minister urged all the selected workers to work unitedly against malnutrition and provide education, values ​​and security to every child like Yashoda Maiya. The newly selected workers and assistants also witnessed the assembly proceedings directly, which was a new experience for them.
