Ingredients to make Makhana Chaat
100 grams makhana, 3 teaspoons raw peanuts, 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 boiled potato, 2 teaspoons green chutney, 2 teaspoons tamarind chutney, sev as per need, salt as per taste.
How to make Makhana Chaat
Step 1: To make Makhana Chaat, first turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, fry the makhana until it becomes crisp.
Second step: When the makhana is roasted, take it out in a bowl. Now roast raw peanuts in the same pan and turn off the gas.
Step 3: Now take makhana in a big bowl and add peanuts, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 boiled potato, 2 teaspoons green chutney, 2 teaspoons tamarind chutney, salt and red chili powder as per taste. Mix them well.
Fourth step: Makhana chaat is ready. Finally garnish it with green coriander and sev and serve it to the guests.
