Immediately relieve secondary teachers on BLO duty – Sanjay Dwivedi
Sant Kabir Nagar. Regarding teacher problems, the delegation of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Teachers Association met District School Inspector Harishchandra Nath and Senior Treasurer Tribhuvan Prasad. During the meeting, State Minister of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Teachers Association, Sanjay Dwivedi said that all the secondary teachers deployed on BALO duty should be relieved immediately. They should never be put to this type of duty again in future. Due to their being free from work, secondary education is getting affected.
He said that despite the budget, DA is not being paid, on which he said that the bills of all 34 schools have been sent to the treasury. There was some error in the bill, which has been corrected and sent again. Payment will be made by late evening tomorrow. When teacher leaders objected to receiving salaries late every month, both the officers said that schools do not submit bills on time due to which there is difficulty in payment of salaries. All schools must submit the bills to the District School Inspector’s office by the 25th of the month. The treasury officer said that if we get the bill by 28th, we will in any case pay the salary on the 1st. The treasury officer has also written a letter to DIOS to submit the bill on time.
Expressing objection over aided secondary schools not being made centers, Shri District School Inspector said that Sihtikar Vidyalaya, which was deprived of board examination centre, has been made the center of board examination. There was also discussion regarding the local holidays to be declared at the District Magistrate level, the list of which will be released soon.
During this, State Minister of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Teachers Association, Sanjay Dwivedi, District President Mahesh Ram and District Ministers Girijanand Yadav, Jai Prakash Gautam, Vijay Yadav were present.
