‘Dhurandhar’ storms the box office, Kapil Sharma’s film fades
Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh’s film ‘Dhurandhar’ is continuously performing well at the box office. The film, which was released on December 5, has been successful in attracting the audience to the theaters even after completing 13 days. Now the film’s eyes are set on entering the Rs 450 crore club. On the other hand, Kapil Sharma’s film ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2’ seems to be struggling at the box office.
‘Dhurandhar’ dominates even on 13th day
‘Dhurandhar’ has maintained a strong hold even in the trading days of the second week, although there was a slight decline in the earnings on the 13th day. According to the report of Sacknilk, the film collected Rs 25.50 crore on the second Wednesday. Earlier the film had earned Rs 30.5 crore on the 12th day and Rs 30.5 crore on the 11th day also. So far, the film has earned Rs 437.25 crore at the domestic box office, while the worldwide collection has reached around Rs 639 crore.
The condition of ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2’ continues to deteriorate.
At the same time, the problems of ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2’, directed by Anukalp Goswami, are increasing. According to Sacknilk, the film made a mere Rs 75 lakh business on the sixth day. While the film had earned Rs 1.1 crore on the fifth day, there was a huge decline in its earnings on the very next day. Till now the film has been able to collect only Rs 10 crore in 6 days and chances of it flopping at the box office are beginning to appear. Overall, the influence of ‘Dhurandhar’ is still intact at the box office, whereas this film of Ranveer Singh is proving to be a big challenge for the other released films.
