Make bread pakora at home without oil like this

How to prepare potato stuffing
To prepare potato stuffing, first boil the potatoes. When the potato boils, peel it and mash it. Now add finely chopped green chillies, ginger, coriander and all the spices and mix well. The stuffing should neither be kept too dry nor too wet.

Prepare gram flour batter
First of all, take gram flour in a vessel and prepare the solution by adding some water to it. Take special care that the solution should not be too thin or too thick. Add salt, turmeric and red chilli to it. If you want, you can also add some celery to it.

Take two slices of bread and fill the stuffing in between. Now close it like a sandwich. After this dip this batter in gram flour. Now bake it in air fryer, non-stick pan or oven. If you want, you can apply a little oil with the help of a brush.
