Apple, Milk and Almond Halwa: It is a pleasure to eat hot halwa for breakfast in winters. In winter, people eat pudding made of gram flour, almonds, mung dal, carrots and semolina with great enthusiasm. But if you want to give strength to your body, then make apple and almond pudding and eat it. Apple and almond pudding tastes very tasty and provides plenty of energy to the body. Apple and Almond Halwa Recipe
First Step- To make apple and almond pudding, first take 1 apple and wash it thoroughly. Remove the stalk from the apple and keep it in a pan for boiling milk. Add apples to boiling milk and place it in the middle. Pour boiling milk over apples and cook for 5 minutes. Now take out the apple and let it cool slightly.

Remove seeds and cut into pieces.

Second step- Now add chopped apples, 1 glass of milk and about half a bowl of peeled almonds in a mixer and grind them finely. You can take more or less almonds as per your requirement. This will prepare a smooth paste. Now add 2-3 spoons of butter in the pan, add half cup of semolina and half cup of gram flour and fry on medium to low flame.

Third Step- When gram flour and semolina are roasted, add half cup milk to it and mix. Now add the remaining half cup milk, mix and cook for 2 more minutes. Now add the mixture of ground apple, almonds and milk in the mixer. Cook the apple and almond pudding while stirring continuously. When the halwa stops sticking to the pan, add 1 cup milk powder to it and add sugar as per taste and mix.

Fourth Step- Now cook the halwa till the sugar gets mixed. Add ground green cardamom powder for aroma. Add 2-3 more finely chopped almonds on top of this. Delicious apple and almond pudding is ready. Make it and eat it every day in winter. This halwa is best for bringing strength to a weak body. You must feed this halwa to your children also.
