Prime Minister Modi will address the ‘Veer Bal Diwas’ national celebration today

New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the national program organized to commemorate Veer Bal Diwas at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi this afternoon. The Prime Minister will address the program at around 12:15 pm. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has shared pictorial information about today’s program of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on its various social media accounts. The significance of Veer Bal Diwas has also been discussed in the official release.

According to the release, today under the auspices of the Central Government, programs will be organized at many places across the country to commemorate Veer Bal Diwas. Its objective is to make people aware about the extraordinary courage and supreme sacrifice of Sahibzade Baba Zorawar Singh Ji and Baba Fateh Singh Ji, sons of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji. We also have to honor and remember the indomitable courage, sacrifice and bravery of these young heroes of Indian history. Prime Minister’s National Children’s Award winners will also be present during the program.

According to the official release, a variety of activities centered on these heroes will be organised. These will include story and poetry recitation, poster making and essay writing competition. These programs will be organized in schools, child care institutions, Anganwadi centers and other educational institutions and online medium on MyGov and MyBharat portal. It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced to celebrate ‘Veer Bal Diwas’ on 26th December on the occasion of Prakash Parv of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji on 9th January in the year 2022.
