China again intrudes into Taiwan, tension between the two countries

Taipei (Taiwan). Two Chinese fighter planes, six naval ships and two balloons were seen in Taiwan this morning. Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense confirmed this. The ministry said the movement was noticed at 6 a.m. (local time) on Friday. Two of the six flights crossed the median line and entered Taiwan’s northern and southwestern air defense zones. Taiwan responded appropriately to China’s actions. This has increased the tension between the two countries.

Taiwan’s Land Affairs Council accused China of carrying out international repression and political manipulation, the Taipei Times reported. On the other hand, China’s Public Security Agency claimed that Taiwanese citizens were responsible for trafficking.

Because of this, undersea cables were damaged in the beginning of the year. China rejected this claim of Taiwan. In June, a Taiwanese court sentenced the Chinese captain of the Togo-registered ship Hong Tai 58 to three years in prison, the newspaper reported.

Yesterday’s report by Focus Taiwan news portal also reported China’s intrusion on Thursday. Taiwan said three Chinese coast guard vessels were spotted in restricted waters west of Dadan Island in the Kinmen Islands at about 2:30 p.m. Thursday. The CGA said China Coast Guard vessels departed the area at 4:12 p.m. CGA has condemned China’s audacity to intrude in such bad weather
