Weak trend amid fluctuations in stock market in early trading

New Delhi. There is a weak trend in the domestic stock market amid fluctuations during early trading today. Today’s business had a mixed start. BSE’s Sensex opened with a slight fall, while NSE’s Nifty started the trading with gains. After the start of trading, selling pressure remained for some time, but after some time buyers started buying, due to which both Sensex and Nifty indices started trading with gains. However, this boom also did not last long. Selling started after the first half hour of trading, due to which both the indices dived into the red. After trading till 10 am, Sensex was trading with a slight weakness of 0.05 percent and Nifty 0.01 percent.

After the trading till 10 am, among the big stocks of the stock market, shares of Tata Steel, Hindalco Industries, Trent Limited, Tech Mahindra and Kotak Mahindra were trading with a strength of 2.31 percent to 0.48 percent. On the other hand, shares of Bajaj Finserv, Axis Bank, Reliance Industries, TCS and Jio Financial were seen trading with a fall of 0.55 per cent to 0.12 per cent.

In the current trading, there was active trading in 2,181 shares in the stock market. Of these, 1,048 shares were trading in the green after earning profits, while 1,133 shares were trading in the red after incurring losses. Similarly, out of 30 shares included in Sensex, 17 shares remained in the green with the support of buying. On the other hand, 13 shares were trading in the red under selling pressure. Whereas out of 50 shares included in Nifty, 24 shares were seen trading in green mark and 26 shares were seen trading in red mark.

BSE Sensex opened today with a slight fall of 36.70 points at the level of 85,004.75 points. As soon as trading started, due to selling pressure, this index slipped to 84,992.82 points. After some time, buyers created buying pressure, due to which the index recovered and took its place in the green. With the support of continuous buying, the Sensex reached the level of 85,250 points in just half an hour of trading. After this, due to selling started, once again the movement of this index declined. After trading till 10 am amid continuous buying and selling in the market, Sensex was trading at the level of 84,998.95 points with a weakness of 42.50 points.

Unlike Sensex, NSE’s Nifty started trading today with a gain of 21.05 points at the level of 26,063.35 points. Due to selling pressure as soon as the market opened, this index slipped to the level of 26,044.15 points. However, after some time, buyers made buying efforts, due to which the movement of this index increased again. This index jumped to 26,106.80 points in the first half-hour of trading with the support of buying. After this, due to profit booking in the market, the movement of this index started declining. After continuous buying and selling in the market till 10 am, Nifty was trading at the level of 26,039.05 points with a slight fall of 3.25 points.

Before this, on Friday, the last trading day of last week, the Sensex had closed at the level of 85,041.45 points with a weakness of 367.25 points or 0.43 percent. At the same time, Nifty ended Friday’s trading at the level of 26,042.30 points with a decline of 99.80 points or 0.38 percent.
