Concluding ceremony of Kashi Tamil Sangamam in Rameshwaram today, Vice President will be present

Ramanathapuram. The grand finale of Kasi Tamil Sangamam 4.0, celebrating the cultural contacts and timeless bonds of Tamil Nadu and Kasi, will be held in Rameshwaram today. A huge stage has been prepared for this and heavy police security has been arranged. Many dignitaries from the country including Vice President CP Radhakrishnan will attend the closing ceremony.

This year, Kashi Tamil Sangamam was also organized in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh from 02 December to 15 December. Students, artists, farmers and volunteers from Tamil Nadu participated in the event. This program will conclude today at 3 pm in Rameshwaram. 5,000 invited citizens are expected to attend the closing ceremony of Kasi Tamil Sangamam. In this connection, 700 police personnel have been deployed for security.

The ceremony will be held at the guest complex of the temple near Rameshwaram bus station. Ramanathapuram District Collector Simarjeet Singh Colon, District Superintendent of Police Sandish and several senior officials visited the temple complex this morning and reviewed the arrangements. In this program, Vice President CP Radhakrishnan, Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Union Minister of State L. Many dignitaries including Murugan will attend.
